About Zach
A life made richer through building and serving.
The different parts of my life—real estate, technology, entrepreneurship, and faith—are connected by a desire to understand people, solve meaningful problems, and leave things better than I found them.

My story
Analytical by nature. People-focused by choice.
My professional path began in technology, where I grew from a front-end developer into an engineering manager and leader. Over the years I've helped build products, websites, and teams across startups and established technology companies.
I founded Pega Digital to partner directly with startups and product teams that need experienced engineering leadership and hands-on building. Real estate became another natural expression of the same instincts: learn the system, understand the person, examine the details, and help make the next decision clearer.
Originally from Utah, I moved to the Rio Grande Valley and built my life here. That experience gives me a personal understanding of relocation—the questions people have, the differences they may not anticipate, and what it takes for a new place to begin feeling like home.
I now live and work in Edinburg, serving Rio Grande Valley communities across Hidalgo County through TNT Real Estate. Learn how I help people moving to the RGV →
Family & home
Home matters because family life happens there.
Family is at the center of my own life. My wife and I have four children, with another on the way, so I understand that choosing a home is rarely just a financial decision. It shapes routines, relationships, stability, and the memories a family will build together.
Helping families find a place that supports the life they want is one of the parts of real estate I enjoy most. That perspective keeps the search focused on the people who will live there—not just the features on a listing.
Faith & service
Faith is part of how I understand responsibility.
I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently serve as bishop of the Edinburg 1st Ward. It is a volunteer calling centered on ministering to individuals and families, supporting the congregation, and helping organize service.
That responsibility enriches my life. It reminds me to listen before assuming, to treat private concerns with care, and to be dependable when the stakes are personal.
I share this because it is an honest part of who I am—not because my services are limited by faith. I welcome the opportunity to work with people of every belief and background.
